Batch 2

So I had a bottle early of my second beer last night and I’m a little concerned. I was saying that it was to sweet, Pat was saying it was to bitter, and Dana was in the middle. To me the initial taste was bitter but then somehow it goes to being to sweet, then finishing with a lingering after taste. Now because I has some early it wasn’t fully carbonated so maybe with some time it might even out. So far the consensus is that its not as good as batch 1. /cry The only thing left to do is improve on batch 3! Which I should make this weekend.

I whole heartedly agree that batch 1 was better, but then again Pale Ale isn’t usually red, that’s kind of a hint something is wrong. Later.
